Rhubarb-Strawberry Cheescake Foto Recipe / Rabarberu-zemeņu siera kūkas foto recepte

          For shortcrust pastry base                             Smilšu mīklas pamatne
          500g shortcrust pastry                                            500g smilšu mīkla

          For the filling                                                        2 vidēji rabarberi                     
          2 medium sized rhubarbs                                        400g zemenes                                      
          400g strawberries                                                    200g svaigā siera                         
          200g cream cheese                                                  100g cukurs
          100g sugar                                                               3 olas
          3 eggs                                                     

  Spread the batter in the pan and preheat oven to 200°C.
Mīklu ieklāj pannā un uzstāda cepeškrāsni uz 200°C.
Chop the rhubarb and strawberries in to pieces of a desired size. 
Rabarberus un zemenes sagriež vēlamā lieluma gabaliņos.
Cover the shortcrust pastry base with chopped rhubarbs and strawberries, and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Uz mīklas pamatnes ber sagrieztos rabarberus un zemenes, un pārkaisa nedaudz ar cukuru. 
Beat the remaining sugar with eggs and cream cheese and pour on top of everything and bake for about 40  minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool! 
Atlikušo cukuru sakuļ ar olām un svaigo sieru un lej visam virsū, un cep aptuveni 40 minūtes. Tad ņem ārā no krāsns un ļauj tai atdzist!
